Request refills through your pharmacy and they will contact the office to complete refill(s).

How will I receive my test results?

Results are available through our secure patient portal. We will inform you if a follow-up appointment is needed for a more detailed discussion regarding your lab results or initiation of treatment.

What should I do if I need care after hours?

For emergencies, call 911. For urgent issues, call our office and we will guide you through a process to determine the best next step – prescribing a medication, scheduling a next day appointment or heading to an urgent/emergency care facility near you.
